Print Partner Agreement
This Print Partner Agreement governs your participation as an independent print partner on the VLCANO platform. Free to join. Keep 80% of every order VLCANO sends you, and 95% of every order from your own ordering page. By completing the print partner registration process, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
1. Independent Contractor Status
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of VLCANO. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, equipment, and business operations. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment or agency relationship.
2. Order Fulfillment
By accepting an order through the platform, you agree to: produce the order to the specifications provided by the customer; use professional-grade materials and printing methods appropriate for the product type; meet the production timeframe confirmed at the time of order acceptance; package and ship the order to the address provided; and provide tracking information through the platform.
3. Quality Standards
All orders must be produced to a professional standard. VLCANO reserves the right to remove print partners from the platform who receive consistent quality complaints or who fail to fulfill orders as agreed. Print partners are responsible for replacing or reimbursing orders that are produced incorrectly due to print partner error.
4. Platform Fee
VLCANO retains a platform fee on each order you fulfill: 20% of orders VLCANO matches to you through the marketplace (you keep 80%), and 5% of orders placed through your own print partner ordering page, meaning customers who reach you through your page link or QR code (you keep 95%). Whether an order came from your ordering page is shown on its job sheet. There are no monthly fees, subscriptions, or upfront costs. You only pay when you earn.
5. Payouts
You appoint VLCANO as your limited agent to collect payment from customers for your orders. A customer's payment to VLCANO counts as payment to you, and VLCANO holds it until the order is complete. Your payout is released by PayPal when the customer confirms they received the order, or automatically 3 days after you mark it delivered or picked up (10 days after you mark it shipped) if the customer has not reported a problem. If a problem is reported, the payout stays on hold until VLCANO resolves it with you and the customer: it may be released, refunded to the customer, or split. If an order is cancelled before you start it, the payment is refunded to the customer. Your payout amount is the order total minus the platform fee that applies to that order (20% for marketplace orders, 5% for orders from your ordering page), and minus any shop owner earnings or design royalty on that order. You must keep a valid PayPal email on your account to receive payouts. If a refund is later owed because of a defect in your work, VLCANO may deduct it from your future payouts. VLCANO is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal processing times.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: solicit customers to transact outside the VLCANO platform; produce content that violates any law or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others; misrepresent your printing capabilities during registration or order acceptance; or engage in any conduct that damages the reputation or operations of VLCANO.
7. Termination
VLCANO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your print partner account at any time for violation of this agreement, consistent quality failures, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. You may terminate your participation at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.
